What do I do this for? I've got to get out some more
It's been a while since I posted here. Was on a journey and when came back, need some time to recover. It still seemes quite a silly thing to do - blogging, internet and all that stuff. Though I've started to use my Tumblr account more often to keep some kind of an online inspiration wall. Like it wasn't enough of that crap already, well.
Was in Zina Surova's new studio yesterday. She's making classes with children and the results are stunning.
Updated my portfolio a bit.
Listening to Hayden nearly all the time.

Hello, Maria-Thérèse! I know about Etsy for a long time. They work with PayPal, right? I mean it's the easiest way for sellers and customers. PayPal doesn't work with Russia, that's the point.
Checked both of your site and shop, very nice!

I'm in Sweden and Paypal doesn't accept Swedish money but I mostly sell outside Europe! For Swedish customers I offer payment to my bank account. You'll see that in each listing in my shop there is Swedish text at the bottom. They e-mail me. You could easily sell to the ENTIRE WORLD except Russia, and I'm sure Russian people shop at Etsy too!
Thank you for the compliment, I blushed a little after writing to you before since you are really big in the illustrating world.

The point is PayPal doesn't let us recieve money. I mean any kind of money. I have an account, but I can only pay through it, I can't sell. So I can't use it for my customers. I can work with my bank account only. And people get used to PayPal as I see.

Hello,
I have seen your work on jr_nal and Flickr and just read your interview on Pikaland. Very interesting! I was sure you worked as a full-time artist though. Do you not have an Etsy shop? I think you would sell really well there... www.etsy.com ? You could sell prints, cards etc. I mean, you are already so well-known, and I think your work would be really popular there.
Me: www.afiori.com :)
